The Ijaw Peoples Association (IPA) of Great Britain and Ireland celebrated its 76th anniversary on Saturday 17th 2024 in London by having an Ijaw Day Celebration and Award night. The event also served as a fundraising opportunity for the proposed intent of acquiring a cultural center here in London for the awareness and promotion of the Ijaw culture as a whole.
